We Do It All |
Selling or buying a home is not always as easy as one would think. The process can quickly become complicated and intimidating. With our Exclusive Broker Listing Method you will be assigned a Realtor® who will help you every step of the way. You don’t have to worry! Selecting the Exclusive Broker Listing Method can still save you thousands on sales commissions.
Selling a house is all about having maximum exposure to ensure that as many as possible will see that your house is for sale. Therefore, we always enter your listing into to the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, to ensure that other Realtors® can share this information with their buyers. In addition, the Internet savvy buyer will also be able to find your property on the local MLS public websites, realtor.com. MSN.com, Yahoo.com, etc. (Recent statistics show that close to 80% of home buyers surf the Internet to find their next home!)

About Our Realtors
Ironically, many believe, just because we save you money, that we are not real Realtors®. We are all licensed real estate brokers in the state of Oregon.
In the state of Oregon (and any other state in the United States) anyone practicing real estate must obtain a real estate license. The licensing in Oregon requires a student to complete 150 hours of pre-licensing education. Once complete, the student must pass both the state and national tests. The broker must work under the supervision of a licensed principal broker. Most real estate agencies are members of Local, State, and National Associations of Realtors. Most if not all brokers become members and pay member dues to their local Multiple Listing Service, MLS. Learn more at State of Oregon: Real Estate Agency
