Agents list their properties on the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, because it works! Most properties today sell through the MLS system. Few properties are sold by the listing office.
Our For Sale By Owner Method will save you more than 50% of the sales commission typically involved in a real estate transaction and you will be listed in the Realtors® MLS! (Multiple Listing Service). In some cases, you could pay no commission at all! Surveys show that most of all homes sold were listed on the Multiple Listing Service.
