(Multiple Listing Service). In some cases, you could pay no commission at all! Surveys show that most of all homes sold were listed on the Multiple Listing Service. Since many Realtors locate properties for their buyers on the MLS database, we ask that you offer a buyer agent commission of at least 2.5%.
