Our Set Price Listing Method will save you more than 50% of the sales commission typically involved in a real estate transaction and you will be listed in the Realtors® MLS! (Multiple Listing Service). In some cases, you could pay no commission at all! Surveys show that most of all homes sold were listed on the Multiple Listing Service. Since many Realtors locate properties for their buyers on the MLS database, we ask that you offer a buyer agent commission of at least 2%. This still beats 6% and remember a buyer could still come to you without a Realtor, saving you even more!

 

 

We enter listings in ALL MLS databases in the state of Oregon; from Medford to Portland to Bend to the coast, and any town in between!

Therefore, we always enter your listing into to the Multiple Listing Service, MLS, to ensure that other Realtors® can share this information with their buyers. In addition, the Internet savvy buyer will also be able to find your property on the local MLS public websites, realtor.com. MSN.com, Yahoo.com, etc. (Recent statistics show that close to 80% of home buyers surf the Internet to find their next home!)
