Lona was born in Denmark (her hometown, world headquarters of Ecco Shoes) She studied foreign languages which brought her to the United States in 1986. By profession she has worked in management in various industries. She worked for a major timeshare exchange company in Miami FL, for more than six (6) years where she was a senior manager in charge of the travel and getaways department. She was a member of ARDA, American Resort and Development Association. In recent years she has worked in multiple consultative roles. Since in Eugene she worked in real estate office management for a local real estate office until she opened her own company. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University in June of 2004 with a Bachelor in Business Administration, with a major in Management and Marketing. Previous schooling includes foreign languages; English, German, French and Spanish. In addition, she has attended many seminars, conferences, and training sessions in all areas of business administration. Her strengths are in customer service, multi-cultural relations, technology integration and development, process analysis, and sales & marketing. She is licensed in Oregon and is a member of Eugene, Oregon & National Association of Realtors®. (EAR, OAR, NAR) and the RMLS, Willamette Valley MLS, Grants Pass MLS, Central Oregon MLS, Lincoln and Klamath Falls MLS. She is also an executive board member of the Danish Lodge in Eugene. She enjoys helping people and has a distinct desire to find strategic solutions to all issues at hand. Her ultimate goal is to work together with all parties to create a satisfactory outcome for all!
